Relevant experience

Dr. Tang is presently the Director of the Pulse Act Consulting Limited and has 20 years of experience in training & development, human resource management and psychological counselling services. He is an experienced corporate trainer with extensive training exposure in Hong Kong, Macau, Guangzhou & Shanghai. Kelvin has designed and delivered numerous management development and training programmes for many governmental departments, public organizations and commercial enterprises.

Apart from operating his consulting firm, Dr. Tang is also appointed as Honorary Assistant Professor by the University of Hong Kong, mainly providing clinical supervision for social work / counselling master degree students. In addition, he is now teaching the Course on Hypnotherapy and relevant subjects in the University of Hong Kong. Moreover, Kelvin has always been invited to be a Guest Lecturer and Instructor by the Hong Kong Baptist University, the Hong Kong Polytechnic University, the City University of Hong Kong and the University of Hong Kong School of Professional and Continuing Education.

Dr. Tang is expert in motivating employees’ awareness and abilities. He specializes in management programmes of selling skills, customer service, team building, stress management, employee counselling, AQ, EQ, SQ, Hypnosis, NLP and Enneagram.

Regarding counselling and personal therapy services, Dr. Tang is an experienced counsellor and hypnotherapist. He has been providing treatment for children, youth and adults in the areas of behavioral problems, emotional distress, work & family stress, parent-child communication, extra-marital affair, couple communication & intimacy, and etc. Kelvin is expert in handling stress and emotional problems, couple relationship and intimacy.
