Dr. Tang has 20 years of experience in training and development for both private
and public sectors. He is an experienced corporate trainer with extensive
training exposure in Hong Kong, Macau, Guangzhou & Shanghai. Kelvin has
also been working as an Honorary Assistant Professor / Clinical Supervisor,
teaching and providing on-site training, for both master and bachelor degree
social work students of the University of Hong Kong, Hong Kong Polytechnic
University, City University of Hong Kong, Hong Kong Baptist University and
Fudan University (Shanghai, China) respectively. Besides, he is an Approved
Hypnotherapy Instructor, Registered Social Worker, Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist,
and NLP Master Practitioner.
Kelvin has designed and delivered numerous management development and training programmes for many governmental departments, public organizations and commercial entreprises. Dr. Tang is expert in motivating employees' awareness and abilities. He specializes in management programmes of selling skills, customer service, team building, stress management, employee counselling, AQ, EQ, SQ, Hypnosis, NLP and Enneagram.
Dr. Tang holds both a Doctor of Philosophy (Clinical Hypnotherapy), a Master Degree in Social Work and a Post-graduate Diploma in Social Service Administration. He is also an Associate Fellow of the Hong Kong Professional Counselling Association, a Member of the Employee Assistance Program Association (USA) and an Associate Member of the Hong Kong Institute of Human Resources Management.

Dr. Chung has over 20 years of experience in social work field and insurance business in Hong Kong. Prior to joining Pulse Act Consulting Limited, Raymond has been holding management position and providing staff training in both a non-governmental organization and insurance sector. He has also been working as a Lecturer and Fieldwork Supervisor, teaching and providing on-site training, for degree and diploma social work students of the Hong Kong Polytechnic University and the City University of Hong Kong respectively.
Dr. Chung holds both a Master
Degree and a Bachelor Degree in Social Work. He is an experienced trainer
and is expert in leading participants' involvement and motivating their abilities.
He specializes in management programmes of selling skills, team building,
EQ, AQ and parent-child communication.

Ms. NG has more than ten years of experience in the field of social work, sales and marketing in both Hong Kong and overseas. Prior to joining Pulse Act Consulting Limited, Bitty has been working in the local government and running her own business majoring in sales and marketing service. Bitty is also an experienced trainer and has conducted many training workshops for both social service organizations and business sector.
Ms. Ng holds both a Master Degree in Social Work and Bachelor Degree in Arts. Having the background of social work and psychology, Ms. Ng is expert in understanding people and applying interactive training programmes in inter-personal and communication skills, self-awareness, personal growth and development. She specializes in management programmes of creativity training, communication skills, team building, customer service, selling skills, EQ and AQ.

Ms. KO has over 15 years of experience in the field of sales and marketing in both Hong Kong and overseas. Prior to joining Pulse Act Consulting Limited, Kellie has been performing sales and marketing service and holding senior management position in a financial and business enterprise. Kellie is also an experienced trainer and has conducted many training workshops for the business sector.
Her in-depth understanding of people has enabled her to understand the needs, desires and concerns of individuals. Ms. Ko is expert in understanding people and applying interactive training programmes in inter-personal and communication skills, self-awareness, personal growth and development. Ms. Ko holds a Bachelor Degree of Science in Business Administration. She is also a Certified Hypnotherapist.

Mr. YU has over 14 years of experience in social work field and private practice in Hong Kong. Prior to joining Pulse Act Consulting Limited, Jacob has been working as frontline staff, holding management position and providing staff training in some non-governmental organizations. He has also been working as a Guest Lecturer and Fieldwork Supervisor for the Hong Kong Polytechnic University and the City University of Hong Kong respectively.
