僱員輔助計劃 (Employee Assistance Program) 是指在工作地點為公司員工提供輔導及訓練活動，協助他們解決可能影響工作表現的個人問題，提高員工士氣及生產效益。而這些問題包括健康、心理、家庭、財務、酒毒癮、法律、情緒、壓力、或其他個人議題等。
我們一向以合作形式為有需要的公司/機構提供一連串服務，內容包括僱員輔導、個人發展及與工作有關的訓練工作坊、身心靈平衡活動等。

Dr. Tang has more than 30 years of experience in training and development for both private and public sectors. He is an experienced corporate trainer with extensive training exposure in Hong Kong, Macau, Guangzhou & Shanghai. Kelvin has also been working as an Adjunct Assistant Professor / Clinical Supervisor, teaching and providing on-site training, for both master and bachelor degree social work students of the University of Hong Kong, Hong Kong Polytechnic University, City University of Hong Kong, Hong Kong Baptist University and Fudan University (Shanghai, China) respectively. Besides, he is an Approved Hypnotherapy Instructor, Registered Social Worker, Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist, Certified Counsellor, and Certified NLP Master Practitioner.
Kelvin has designed and delivered numerous management development and training programmes for many governmental departments, public organizations and commercial entreprises. Dr. Tang is expert in motivating employees’ awareness and abilities. He specializes in management programmes of selling skills, customer service, team building, stress management, employee counselling, AQ, EQ, SQ, Hypnosis, NLP and Enneagram.
Dr. Tang holds both a Doctor of Philosophy (Clinical Hypnotherapy), a Master of Business Administration, a Master Degree in Social Work and a Post-graduate Diploma in Social Service Administration. He is also a Fellow of the Hong Kong Psycho-Hypnotherapy Foundation, an Associate Fellow of the Hong Kong Professional Counselling Association, a Professional Member of the Employee Assistance Professionals Association (US) and a Professional Member of the International Enneagram Association (US).

Dr. Pauline Tang has more than 20 years of experience in training and development for both private and public sectors. She is an experienced trainer with extensive training exposure in Hong Kong and Macau. Pauline is presently the Lecturer of the University of Hong Kong, teaching and providing on-site training, for both master and bachelor degree social work students. Besides, she is an Approved Hypnotherapy Instructor, Registered Social Worker and Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist.
Her in-depth understanding of people has enabled her to understand the needs, desires and concerns of individuals. Dr. Pauline Tang is expert in understanding people and applying interactive training programmes in inter-personal and communication skills, self-awareness, personal growth and development. She specializes in management programmes of team building, employee counselling, communication skills, Enneagram, Hypnosis, EQ, AQ and parent-child relationship.

Dr. Tang is an experienced social worker, counselor and therapist with over 30 years of experience in psychological counseling, hypnotherapy and other alternative therapies. He is an Approved Hypnotherapy Instructor by the International Medical and Dental Hypnotherapy Association (US) and has organized many in-house certification courses and public courses on social work, counselling, hypnosis, and etc. in Hong Kong. Kelvin puts more focus on handling cases concerning problems with stress, emotions, trauma, couple relationship and intimacy, etc.
Kelvin is also serving as the Adjunct Assistant Professor in the University of Hong Kong. Moreover, he has always been invited to be a Guest Lecturer and Clinical Supervisor by local and overseas universities including Chinese University of Hong Kong, Hong Kong Baptist University, Hong Kong Polytechnic University, City University of Hong Kong and Fudan University (Shanghai, China).
